CLINIC PROCEDURE

HOURS

Our clinic hours for appointments are: Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
This does not mean that I will always be there those hours, but that we will make regular
appointments during those hours either in the clinic or by housecalls. To provide excellent
individual service, we need to work by appointment. My hours in the clinic vary because every
once in a while I eat lunch out or need to a haircut or some other conflicting activity.

Hopefully this will provide a chance for your animal to be seen without inconveniencing your work
schedule. I would appreciate that if before 7:30 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m. you would limit your
calls to good clean jokes, left in voice mail, which you just can’t wait to tell me! Please call a day
or two in advance to schedule routine vaccinations, surgeries, etc.

HOUSECALLS

The routine disease diagnosis, treatment, vaccinations, and standard procedures may be
handled at your home. We provide this service because we know that many times it is much
more convenient for you to have us to come to you than for you to bring your animals. We like
to come.

HOSPITAL FACILITIES

We also provide small animal clinic & hospitalization facilities. These facilities offer you the
advantage of bringing your animals in and saving the housecall fee.

   Science Diet – we are selling the Science Diet brand of dog foods for everyday
   feeding.
   We have a style for pups and adults. It is the best as a super dog food and we
   recommend it for all dogs.
   We also sell the best cat food --- Rx diet c/d.

6. Flea and tick pesticides – animal, house, and yard

Medical – Surgical Care

Boarding

1. Dogs and cats

		At home feeding and care. We can feed and care for your dog or cat at home while you
		are away (if this sort of situation is more convenient for you than boarding them with us). We will water the plants, bring in the paper, turn on the porch light, etc. We will not supervise teenage children left at home. Service can only go so far. The charges would be based on each individual situation. Call us for an estimate.

		Home Pick-up and Return for exam, surgery, boarding, bath, dip etc. We will come to
		your house during regular hours to pick up your animals for boarding, bath & dip, surgery, exams back at the clinic, etc. and then return them home when they are finished. We sort of expect willing participation by the animal on this. I missed a lot of Wild Kingdom and am not insured by Mutual of Omaha so I am not too good at or interested in going through a whip and chain routine.

Baths and Dip

Pet supplies – collars, leashes, etc.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

CREDIT

I really want to work by cash or check only and I feel that I must require such payment at the end of each visit. However, certain individual clients may be better served by offering a 30-day
credit opportunity with bills every 10 days after their receipt. Special terms can be worked out
for sudden large bills in emergency cases. We take Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American
Express and Care Credit.

FEES

Please feel free to discuss any fee that you feel needs t be discussed. Do not hesitate to ask
the price of a service before an appointment is made. I want you to always know what you are
paying for.
